My arms are getting stronger. I am looking forward to being strong enough to repeat the workout and do 3 sets straight (30 mins). For now, I split it up and aim to do it at least 2x/day, preferably 3, 3x/week.

♥︎ Please try to keep the tension in the body during the entire time of the exercises. Building a muscle mind connection is important. Concentrate on correct execution for each exercise. This is much more important than moving quickly. If the exercise burns it is just right. So don't be afraid of it.

Why is she on her knees? I was going to suggest these exercises to my mother but she’s got one knee that isn’t great. Do you have to be on your knees?

i did this a year ago, it worked really well after a month of consistency. did a day per week rest for the muscle to recover. + don’t forget to watch your food. believe me, it works wonders

Update: So guys I've decided to start with strength training and therefore I'm not gonna continue this exercise.
This is a great workout if you want to be consistent in your weight loss journey and have flabby arms ✨️
This workout didn't worked out for me as I have loose Arms and I think I need to gain muscles to tone them 💪
