That broken nose was pretty gnarly. My first nose break came when we were fielding grounders in my 12u team and the coach hit a line drive right off my face instead of it being on the ground, it felt like it hit my forehead but as I raised my head up blood just started leaking out like a fountain and I had to have surgery, but it was just slightly crooked and I'd go on to break it another 5-7 times when I quite baseball and started doing amateur MMA fights and Muay Thai tournaments. One night I remember my MMA coach breaking my nose again during boxing sparring and as soon as I cleaned up and went into kickboxing sparring with my Thai coach his shin broke it back the way it was before I got there that night 😂

@1cavemamOn No. 6, the pitcher for the CWS throws to first to appeal that the batter had missed first base before he ended up at 3rd base. At the same time the pitcher is throwing to 1st base, the runner (who was the original batter) ran home from 3rd base. What rule would prohibit the 1st baseman from picking up the ball, walking to first and touching the base to complete the appeal? Does it matter that the runner crossed 1st base before the appeal was complete? What if the batter/runner had run completely around the bases before the appeal was made initiated? Does the time-out mark the end of 1 play and the runner from 3rd going home constitute another play before the appeal has been completed - even though the appeal (throw to first) was initiated prior to the runner crossing 1st base?
