When it comes to firearms.
You must keep in mind your domicile is different than your vehicle.
The cab and chassis are a vehicle.
Everything above the chassis and behind the cab is your domicile.
When it comes to your domicile you MUST comply, with the laws of the state of your residency.
The fourth amendment protects you.
It's considered the freedom of travel.
Let me break this down for you.
You live in New Hampshire you have a beautiful fifth wheel and a great truck.
You're in California.
California requires you to have a class A recreational vehicle driver's license.
Because you're home a residency's New Hampshire and New Hampshire does not issue a class A recreational vehicle driver's license.
California cannot charge you for not having a class A recreational vehicle drivers license.
Point number two.
You're a resident of the state of Tennessee, Tennessee says you can pull two trailers behind your recreational vehicle.
And you go to Florida every winter, Florida cannot write you a citation for pulling two trailers with your recreational vehicle.
Unless you violate the two mile law.
When operating a recreational vehicle in the state of Florida you must stay on federally funded highways.
Two mile law.
The two mile law says you're allowed 2 miles for portage from one federally funded highway to another.
Once you exceed the two mile portage law you can be charged for pulling two trailers behind your recreational vehicle.
That being said the laws of your home state and vehicle registration as well as your driver's license must be from the state of your residency. Again what happens in your domicile is regulated by the state
Laws of your residency.
Law may be different in other states do not apply to you if you stay in your domicile location.
So before you remove a firearm from your domicile location make sure you're in compliance with the state in which you're in.
Because the moment you pull that firearm out of your domicile location you MUST comply with the laws of that state.
Check with your attorney to confirm this information.

@lLorTimeWe keep our ACP pistol stored properly, however I refuse to let my wife or myself to become statistics! I keep very handy 2 very powerful PCP airguns fully loaded and accessible. A 50 Cal. Double Barrel shotgun, 1 Barrel loaded with 18, 22 Cal. Round balls 1 Barrel loaded with a 336 Grain Slug. Same power level as a 45 cal app pistol. Also a 30 Caliber full auto same basic power as a 22LR. Fires 16 shots in less then 11/0 of a second. Very few states have any meaningful laws against Airguns unless you're under 16 or on School property...

@Riz-gp3qmThis video is miss information the supreme Court has ruled 9 to 0 that states can't put restrictions on firearms . Period you don't need concealed permits anymore . The ATF can't even make restrictions on firearms unless they turn it into a bill and Congress the Senate and the president approves it.

If you're in your RV and you're traveling that's like your home away from home you should be covered underneath the Fourth amendment so make them get a warrant and probable cause to search

@scmgunner29 states are constitutional carry. So travel in those states. Furthermore that's on your person accessible in the driver passenger area you can and unconstitutional carry states have the firearm in a drawer away from your area of driving
@alabamadeep4471Been RV'ing for 55 years, going back to my 69 E100 van camper. Out of all these attacks on freedom the only thing I've been checked on all those years was some dude having a bad day at Big-R checked my date stamp on my class-c propane tank. It pissed him off so much that he had to crawl under to read it he gave up and filled the tank. Been filling my own tanks at home since.

@WyoMedic540I hate to tell you but what state your RV is registered in is the law you have to follow, it is the same as your house in that state. Also you do not have to consent to any searches of your RV without a warrant. You need to realize what the law is before you make these videos.

Just as within your home, what good is a firearm if it is locked up somewhere
that you cannot access and it is stored unloaded…???

They can only enforce Illegal and Unconstitutional rules, regulations, thoughts,
feelings, laws, ect. if we allow them to and we comply…
