Australia is about nature and outback. Came from Europe and spend whole holiday admiring opera house? In this way you definitely will not see true Australia at all!

My opinion about Australia. I planned three days in Sydney, which turned into two, and I was not short of time. Everything interesting is a walking distance from circular quay. I saw NSW gallery, cathedral, Chinatown, Darling harbor, panoramic points. ZOO is underwhelming (no red kangaroos when I visited). Manly beach is cool, Bondy less so. What else is there to see in Australia? A rock in the middle of nowhere, or the beaches that are too dangerous to use?

When I was a little girl watching wonder pets where they helped some kangaroo baby reunite with its mother, I just thought Australia was this Outback desert with the Rocky Mountains and sunset 🏜 🌅 . I barely remember that episode though, I think.
